Returns Policy:

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 14 days of receipt by contacting customer service  [email protected]  You will need to provide the order number, item/s damaged, photos and if you would like an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of CBD and Supplement products, all sales are final.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you want an exchange, we will provide you with new tracking information.

Returning your items:

You will be responsible for returning your item/s. If we determine that the item is damaged, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We will contact you via email or phone, if we are having significant delays in shipping your order.

Orders over $150 – Free Shipping

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

South Shore CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

South Shore CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost & Damaged Shipments

South Shore CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
